These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Invenlight PCB Review Web and any related websites, workspaces, software features, analysis outputs, and support services made available by Invenlight Inc.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company or organization you represent.
You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and are authorized to do so for yourself or the organization you represent. If you access the service for a company, research team, or other entity, that entity is responsible for your use of the service.
Invenlight provides browser-based PCB review software intended for engineering and business use. Features may include project workspaces, document and file handling, uploaded PCB review materials, AI-assisted analysis, generated reports, and related operational tools. The service may change over time, and features may be added, removed, improved, or limited at Invenlight's discretion.
Access to the service may be limited to invited users and approved customer organizations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Organizations are responsible for managing their invited users, controlling workspace access, and promptly notifying Invenlight of any suspected unauthorized access or security incident affecting their use of the service.
Customers may upload or submit project files, netlists, datasheets, documents, prompts, annotations, and other materials to the service ("Customer Content"). You retain ownership of your Customer Content, subject to the rights needed for Invenlight and its subprocessors to host, store, transmit, analyze, and otherwise process that content for the purpose of operating and delivering the service.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to upload, process, and use Customer Content through the service and that doing so will not violate any law, contract, or third-party right.
The service may provide AI-assisted analysis, summaries, findings, recommendations, generated reports, or other machine-assisted outputs. These outputs are intended to support engineering workflows and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before being relied on for design, safety, manufacturing, regulatory, or commercial decisions.
Because AI-assisted features may be probabilistic, incomplete, or incorrect, Invenlight does not guarantee that generated outputs will be accurate, exhaustive, or fit for a particular purpose.
Use of the service may require payment of subscription fees, prepaid credits, usage-based charges, or other fees described on the pricing page, an order form, invoice, or separate written agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are quoted and payable in U.S. dollars.
Credits may be required for AI-assisted review and other compute-dependent features. Credits may be consumed based on customer usage of relevant functionality. Credits that have been used are not refundable.
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period has started. If a customer believes a charge was made in error, the customer should contact Invenlight promptly at contact@invenlight.ai.
Customers may request cancellation before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period or for previously used credits, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
You may not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, interfere with or disrupt the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, probe or test security without authorization, reverse engineer proprietary parts of the service except where prohibited by law, or use the service in a manner intended to abuse infrastructure, evade limits, or generate harmful, deceptive, or unlawful outputs.
Invenlight's handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Invenlight does not use customer-uploaded project files or customer data to train its own foundation models. Customer data is processed to operate and deliver the service, including through trusted subprocessors where needed for hosting, storage, and AI-assisted functionality.
The service may depend on third-party infrastructure, model providers, authentication services, storage services, payment providers, or other external services. Invenlight is not responsible for third-party services themselves, though it may rely on them to operate the product.
Invenlight may suspend or terminate access to the service if it reasonably believes a user or customer has violated these terms, created material risk, failed to pay required fees, or used the service in a way that threatens security, legal compliance, platform integrity, or other users. Customers may stop using the service at any time, subject to any applicable billing commitments or written agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." Invenlight disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fully accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invenlight will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising out of or related to the service. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Invenlight's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Invenlight for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Invenlight may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use of the service after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
